Yeah went to Hainult Country park yesterday, not really any technical stuff but fun single track, soo fast!!
It wasn't that muddy apart from one path where the bike got so muddy I had to stop every five yards to unclog the wheels lol.
Spent hours this morning cleaning it, I had to take the brake pads out to clean in side of the calipers ugh I hate mud.

yeah it hurts if i dont take painkillers and feels like someone is yanking on my leg i have extra strong painkillers and i took 4 of them and i was out of it for like 2 hours just sat there smiling at the wall. did your collar bone hurt cause you like use that for everything? how did you do your injury?

i had the operation on monday (27th Oct) and they gave me a morphine button which was well fun and i had so much morphine that they had to keep me in a day longer cause i was too drugged up to be allowed out. i'm not allowed to put weight on it for about 10 weeks and then i'm not sure when i can ride again but probably not for ages which sucks cause my friends dh track at his house is nearly finished with north shore and lots of jumps and drops and stuff but now i cant ride it

no they aren't replacing the whole knee they are just putting bits in to make it work and my friend made a 5ft tall ramp so we could do a lake jump but it was too late when we got to the lake so we did it on dirt jumping across a gap to a hill and my foot came off the pedal when i hit the ramp so i got a lean on and came down hard on my left foot and my knee jarred together and my tibia broke across the growth plate

yeah i'm having plates and artificial bone put in and then i'm in a knee brace for 6 weeks and then i'll have to have intensive physio to regrow muscle and stuff and it was only on a little jump like 10-15 ft

Yeah I dunno how I'd do, it's quite pedaly so that suites me but I've never liked the dual just as a trail, bigger jumps on the 4X and Bull run.
I should bring my BMX to chicksands and see if I can beat you lot on it.

What can I say, I'm skipping off to scotland (surfing not biking) when all you suckas are in school.
Oh well there might be a dual slalom series happening at chicky this autumn.
